Young Women Development

Embodied Leadership Coaching for Young Women

The program is designed to help young women work through their needs – opportunities to enhance education, employment, personal safety, and building peer relationships to create a positive future.  The program is flexible and inclusive, and it is a personal initiative for Suzanne, who believes that the world needs more women embodying their unique gifts to increase contribution to our current global concerns.

This is a personal initiative for Suzanne, who believes in working with young women to promote more women leaders for the future. Research shows that girls’ confidence peaks at age 8.

Many of the immediate breaking points for young women include the need to find the stability and the resiliency to successfully deal with emotional, economic, legal and social issues.

YWD Program is built around helping participants recognize and trust in their extensive strengths.  We seek to build more than coping skills in young women, we want  to build on their own resiliency, creativity, intelligence and positive social networks to empower them to take action for themselves.

Suzanne provides a safe way for young women to recognize validity and importance of their life experience. so they can become focused and find
ways to seek out and embrace opportunities to exercise their talents. YWD is completely based on looking for ways for young women to avoid
becoming involved with the criminal justice system, avoid incarceration and live the lives they deserve.

For more information on YWD and to bring it to your organization, group, or school, please contacts us directly.
